Franchise form for Guru Express

A fee of Rs 50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) shall be transferred before the first visit for franchise store finalization. In case, the Deal is finalized, the same shall be converted as Franchise Fees and a GST bill be raised for the same. If the deal is not finalized, the same shall be returned after deduction of Rs 10,000/-

Terms & Conditions

One Time Non-Refundable Franchise Fee of Rs 50,000+GST
Setup Cost: Approx Rs 5,00,000- Rs 6,00,000 depending on the area (Minimum area requirement of 100 Sq Ft.)
In the Setup Cost we shall provide the following:
  • ACP LED Signage Board [11.5ft x 3.5ft]
  • Wallpaper
  • Racks
  • Cash Counter
  • Entrance Toughen Glass
  • LED COB Lights
  • Computer with UPS, Thermal Printer, Barcode Reader and Billing Software
  • Visi Cooler Fridge
  • Wireless Camera
  • Fire Extinguisher
The Following should be completed before handing over the shop for Setup:
  • Plastered Walls
  • Flooring - Specific Coloured and Style as Provided
  • Electrical Fittings and Fixtures (Wires, Switches, Sockets, etc.) – Havels, GM, RR Cables
  • False Ceiling (At 8 ft from floor level).
  • Air Conditioning System of minimum 1.5 tons with Brackets, Pipeline and Installation – Mitsubishi, Hitachi or Daikin
  • Internet/ WIFI Facility
  • Inverter
